Zak Fennell

Zak has spent nearly 15 years in commercial real estate finance, and has a wealth of experience in project and structured finance, investment risk analysis, loan origination and investment management. He held senior Property Finance roles at both ANZ and Westpac Banks and was a Director in the investment division at MaxCap Group before joining Ark Capital.

During his career he has successfully closed over $2 billion in CRE transactions. Zak is a focused and driven leader who possesses a deep understanding of markets and the industry, and a relentless drive and unwavering commitment to client and investor success.
