Shane Wakelin

Shane has 15 years’ experience in property, funds management and finance following a 15 season career as a professional AFL footballer.

He previously led the distribution team at Fawkner Property, was an Associate Director at Deloitte, was General Manager of Commercial Operations at the St Kilda FC AFL Club and has experience in sales and marketing within the residential real estate sector.

Shane brings a high-performance, team-oriented approach to Ark Capital, drawing on his previous experiences and holds an MBA in Accounting & Finance from Victoria University and a Bachelor of Science from Deakin University. Shane is a part owner and Executive Director of Ark Capital Funds.
