As an industry leader with almost three decades of success in implementing business growth and change initiatives across the Australian real estate sector, Peri’s capabilities and insight are second to none. Taking a progressive approach to building and nurturing high performance teams, Peri provides unique perspectives drawn from diverse industry experience spanning corporate real estate, investment banking, funds management, project development, and investment management. Previously holding senior roles at Frasers Property Australia, Macquarie Bank, and Coles Myer, Peri leads corporate operations at ARK Capital and is responsible for strategy, governance, culture, risk, and finance across the firm’s funds, delivering valuable growth and financial returns for stakeholders. Peri is a Director of LARK Funds Management, non-executive Director of the Living Future Institute of Australia, and Independent Advisor to Sandhurst Retail & Logistics.

Following acquisition of the Murray Direct Mortgage Fund, Adrian founded ARK Capital in 2016 with a vision to establish a boutique property and finance firm delivering exceptional client outcomes. A respected industry mentor with over twenty-five years’ experience in financial services, property development, and asset consulting (both locally and internationally), Adrian’s practical experience and business acumen provide clarity and confidence amongst investors, borrowers, and the team alike. Prior to forming ARK Capital, Adrian (in his capacity as Director) set up a Property Finance arm at CBRE and originated commercial and construction loans at a brokerage firm. Responsible for new deal origination and investments within the ARK Capital portfolio, Adrian has unparalleled market knowledge and agility and leads with a strong focus on due diligence and fund performance.

Jonathan has held executive positions in the residential, commercial, and construction finance industry for over thirty-five years, and with that level of time and experience comes exceptional insight and expertise. Leading the ARK Capital NSW office, Jonathan is accountable for fund raising, reporting to investors, investment origination, and overall business development. Holding an Australian Credit Licence, Jonathan also has lead responsibility for ARK Capital’s credit and asset management policies and procedures. Drawing from his previous positions as Director of CBRE, Business Banking Manager at Westpac, and Senior Relationship Manager at a private brokerage, Jonathan takes a collaborative approach to funds management, working with his team to ensure key success metrics are met and exceeded.

Chris is responsible for finance across ARK Capital’s funds and activities and is a commercial strategy specialist driving growth and success for the firm, its investors, and its borrowers. With a firm grasp on driving innovation, implementing corporate strategy, structuring funds, and risk analysis, Chris delivers continuous improvement across ARK Capital, – not only from a financial point of view but also from a people and culture perspective. Prior to joining ARK Capital, Chris (a Chartered Accountant) held senior roles with Little Group, Levant Consulting, John Holland, and PPB Advisory. With broad industry experience (across property, retail, aviation, technology, and finance) Chris is a Certified Risk Manager and Financial Modeler with a commitment to connecting people with genuine value and profitable outcomes.

With an analytical and innovative approach to structuring finance and managing risk, Connor leads our Credit Team with capable and tenacious drive. Overseeing investment and fund due diligence with meticulous detail, Connor ensures every aspect of every facility meets the rigorous requirements for which ARK Capital is renowned. After completing his Bachelor of Finance, Financial Planning, and Applied Economics, Connor spent a decade in senior roles across the major and alternative banking and finance industries, including NAB and CVS Lane Capital Partners. At ARK Capital, Connor leads a diverse credit and execution team to manage risk, cashflow, and financial modelling. Results orientated with a technical mind, Connor plays an instrumental role in ARK Capital’s ongoing success.

Highly regarded in the corporate lending space, Tony’s career in banking, finance, and wealth markets (within Australia and abroad) spans three decades working at ANZ, Westpac, and NAB prior to joining ARK in 2017. Tony’s depth of expertise in credit and lending enables him to advise and engage with stakeholders on every level. With extensive academic achievements (including a Bachelor of Business, Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance & Investments, Bachelor of Business & Economics, and a Master of Applied Finance), Tony’s credentials speak for themselves. Tony has been part of the ARK Capital team for years, previously heading up the Credit Team before moving into an Independent Advisor role.

As an Independent Adviser with over fifteen years board level experience, Paul works closely with the ARK Capital Executive Team providing trusted counsel on finance, culture, risk, business growth, and strategy. Formerly the CFO at Emergency Services & State Super, and Non-Executive Director at Equipsuper, Paul has held senior financial positions (both in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors) across property, superannuation, sports, and higher education. As a Chartered Accountant with a Master of Business, and having completed Executive Education programs at Harvard Business School, Paul is an astute sounding board to the ARK Capital leaders, ensuring strategic direction of the firm is always on track.

Holding a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law, in addition to a Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking, Monica’s education, experience, and prior career as a Solicitor (specialising in conveyancing) provide a broad skillset and invaluable guidance to the whole ARK Capital team.
